Recycling pump
Our recycling pump is designed for flexible use in wet or dry installation and operates reliably without leakage at the media inlet. Replaceable wear components, a partially self-cleaning hydraulic system, and an integrated draining unit enable efficient, low-maintenance continuous operation.
ZERO LIQUID DISCHARGE
Our ZERO LIQUID DISCHARGE system processes plastic flakes in a closed-loop system without generating wastewater. The result: sustainable recycling with maximum efficiency and minimal environmental impact. Through the innovative closed process, resources are conserved and emissions are reduced to a minimum.
Chemical-Dosing-Station
The chemical dosing station we have developed offers a safe, space-saving and low-maintenance solution for industrial applications. Thanks to its container-based design, no separate building is required. A lockable enclosure, mechanical protection of the tanks, and a closed system ensure maximum safety for personnel and the environment—while keeping maintenance requirements to a minimum.
Wastewater-free process treatment system for recycling operations
Our newly developed process water treatment system represents a significant technological innovation, as it enables industrial recycling processes to operate consistently within a closed water loop without generating wastewater for the first time. While conventional systems only partially treat process water and then discharge it into the sewage system, this system follows a zero-discharge approach (no wastewater principle). This establishes a paradigm shift from linear use and disposal toward complete water recirculation.
Our system goes further by not treating water purification as a downstream disposal measure, but as an integral part of process optimization in recycling operations. Through the continuous treatment and reuse of process water, the demand for fresh water, the use of operating resources, and disposal efforts are systematically reduced. This significantly increases the resource efficiency of the entire recycling process and sustainably improves its overall environmental performance.
The system is particularly impactful due to its role as a model for industrial circular economy practices. It demonstrates in a practical way that industrial production and recycling processes can be operated in a nearly water-autonomous manner under real operating conditions. In doing so, it sends a strong signal to industry, policymakers, and society that ambitious environmental goals—such as resource conservation, waste reduction, and climate protection—are both technically and economically feasible.
